WHAT-IS-AMBER
WHAT-IS-AMBER

Call it Amber

Amber wines are white wines produced using traditional procedures, through prolonged maceration, that lasts at least 36 hours.

Prolonged contact with grape skins imbues the wine with tannins and beautiful deep amber color, a recognizable sign for this kind of wine production.

The sensory perception of Amber wines is complex and rich, tannic and fruity.

At the Amber wine festival, we use the most stringent criteria for wine producer admittance, which starts at the vineyard and continues to the wine cellar.

We strive to give our visitors the utmost experience of white wines with prolonged maceration, tasting only the pinnacle producers and true Amber wines.
